Your Body is for You

Your Body is for You

Everyday I work with women inside of my coaching groups explaining how as we grow closer to God we become more like Him. You know the saying, “You are who you hang around.” I say that same principle applies to the word. The more we spend time in His word, becoming more like Him is a direct result. We forgive quicker, are slow to anger, and the less we carry ourselves.

Sickness Isn’t From God

Sickness Isn’t From God

If you feel as though you are being devoured, run down, and exhausted with every symptom or sickness might I suggest running the other way? Or, simply stop running toward the fake lion. Meaning, stop putting all your energy and identity into what you feel or a diagnosis from a doctor and more in what Jesus did on the cross for you. Dieting is the worst way to lose weight

Living in Freedom with Jesus

Living in Freedom with Jesus
